Cookie Policy
The cookies and similar technologies we use, what each one does, and how to change your choices.
Last updated
This Cookie Policy explains how ConsciousLab uses cookies and similar technologies on consciouslab.xyz and in the ConsciousLab app. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. We also use local storage, which works similarly. Some are set by us ("first-party") and some by services we use ("third-party").
2. Categories we use
Necessary. Required for the site and app to work: keeping you signed in, protecting forms against cross-site request forgery, remembering your cookie choices and balancing load. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics. Help us understand which pages are used and where people get stuck, so we can improve them. Set only with your consent. We use our own Analytics module with IP addresses truncated before storage.
Marketing. Measure the effectiveness of our campaigns on other sites. Set only with your consent. We do not use marketing cookies inside the app.
3. Cookies in detail
4. Managing your choices
When you first visit, we ask for your consent to analytics and marketing cookies. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies will stop sign-in from working.
5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a refusal of marketing cookies.
6. Changes
We will update this policy when we add or change cookies, and ask for consent again where the change requires it. Questions can be sent to privacy@consciouslab.xyz.
