Nothing stops working. We email the workspace owners at 80% and 100% of the monthly allowance. Overage on Pro is $0.40 per additional million events and $0.002 per additional agent run, shown on the next invoice.
Level 1 data for US equities, FX and crypto is included on every plan. Level 2 depth is included on Pro and Enterprise for non-professional users. Professional users under exchange rules pay exchange fees at cost.

Yes. Monthly plans end at the close of the current period. Annual plans can be cancelled for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. You can export all of your data before and for 30 days after cancelling.
